Personal data shall be processed only for lawful purposes connected with registration, authentication, mentoring activities, programme implementation, analytics, grievance redressal, platform administration, and compliance with applicable legal obligations, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
All users, including mentors, mentees, institutions, and other stakeholders, shall be responsible for ensuring that the information, credentials, qualifications, documents, representations, and other particulars furnished by them on the Platform are true, accurate, complete, and up to date. Any person providing false, misleading, inaccurate, fraudulent, or fabricated information shall be solely liable for the consequences arising therefrom, and the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, remove content, and initiate such administrative, civil, or legal action as may be deemed appropriate under applicable law.
Users shall have the right to request correction, updation, completion, or erasure of their personal data, subject to applicable laws and operational requirements. Such requests may be submitted through the designated grievance redressal mechanism of the Platform.
The Platform, NCTE, the Ministry of Education, and associated agencies shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, loss of data, failure of performance, or disruption of services arising from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to cyber-attacks, communication failures, internet disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, judicial orders, strikes, or other force majeure events.
